Rapid ReHousing

Our Rapid ReHousing Program is dedicated to helping individuals and families transition quickly from homelessness to stable housing. We provide rental assistance and supportive services for 12 months, ensuring that our clients receive the necessary resources to achieve long-term housing stability. Whether you're experiencing homelessness and need assistance, a property owner or landlord interested in partnering with us, or a community member looking to get involved, scroll down to find out how you can participate.
